Once your order is received at the shipping center, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Occasionally, tracking numbers will not work until the next business day after it has been scanned at the shipping center.

We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories. We currently do not ship internationally. If you have questions about international shipping, contact us at hello@madritual.com

Shipping Costs

Domestic shipping is offered through USPS, UPS, DHL options and paid by the customer ordering. Promo codes for free shipping are applicable.

Returns

Returns on items eligible for returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact hello@madritual.com with "RETURN" in the subject line and include the order number in the email body.

Items must be mostly unused in order to be eligible for return, i.e, you immediately realized you do not like the scent or texture of the product. If a product is defective or damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately for a replacement.

Any item returned after 30 days from order date is not eligible for refund.

All online refunds will be given in the form of online credit minus shipping costs.
